Kala Masala is usually added with curries, soups and vegetable dishes. Kala Masala is a very distinctive and aromatic mixture of quality spices. Due to the addition of the fried onions, the kala masala gets a deeper dark brownish-black colour. Hence the name ‘kala’ which means black.

Malvani Masala is a popular Maharashtrian spice mix, which is used to flavour chicken/fish curries. Malvani Masala also known as malvani macchi masala which has made seafood more appealing and flavoursome. It can also be used in cooking veg subzi.

Kitchen King Masala, as its name suggests, is the king of all spices. It is a combination of all the main spices used in vegetables. It is dark brown in colour. Kitchen king spice [powder] can be used in many Indian dishes, especially in Punjabi cuisine. It is mainly used in making vegetable pulav or biryani.
